How exactly do we open support tickets now?
My headset is cracking and I would like it replaced before the warranty expires.
- There is a mention at the top of this board of the ‘pimax support forum’, but no link to it.
- The old “work” support subdomain where you opened SUPEN tickets 404s.
- The link to “service center” on https://www.pimax.com/pages/support 404s.
- Clicking ‘submit’ to open a ticket via https://store.pimaxvr.com/helpdesk/personal-user-support-2/submit causes the button to go gray for a few seconds, then turn black again. Opening the developer console reveals an unhandled 400 error.
While we’re at it, is there any word on whether RMA’d P5K+ headsets are being replaced with a model that will not crack in the future?
