My 8kX was stolen - trying to find the SN

I’m out of town and had it in a storage unit, and it was broken into -
I’m trying to find the SN & curious if y’all can do anything to help locate the headset.

Sorry to hear about your stolen 8KX. If it helps, my serial # is 14 characters long and starts with 207########### which doesn’t seem to even come close to your number unfortunately. Good luck though in finding it (both your serial # AND 8KX )

On the system, they should have an SN record.

Thanks! I was able to find my number by using astrophotography stacking software on a cell phone video of the unboxing! It matched the number I pulled from pitool logs.

except the 20 part - that wasn’t in the log.
