I would suggest taking the subcategory Quorra Support out of Pimax Hardware and making it a seperate main category on the forum.
The Pimax Hardware category should mainly be for discussion of Pimax headsets, products, etc. Instead of being filled with support requests that users have to scroll through.
I’ve discovered that going into Quorra Support category, selecting the bell button and muting it, makes those posts disappear when viewing the Pimax Hardware category. So that’s a convenient solution for those who don’t want to see those posts.
